Paddle UK Zero Returns Policy

This Zero Returns Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases of Paddle UK products. Unless a product is determined to be faulty due to manufacturing defects, all sales are considered final and are not eligible for return.

2. No Returns for Non-Faulty Items:

Paddle UK does not accept returns for products that are not faulty. All sales are final — once a transaction is completed, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided for bespoke, personalised, or custom-made items under any circumstances.

3. Faulty Item Returns:

a. Definition:

A “faulty” item is defined as a product with a manufacturing defect that affects its performance, appearance, or functionality.

b. Return Process:

If you believe your purchased item is faulty:

i. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order, providing detailed information about the issue and proof of purchase.

ii. Once approved, you’ll be issued instructions on how to return the item to us.

c. Inspection:

Once we receive the returned item, it will be thoroughly inspected by our team. If deemed faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will offer a suitable remedy, such as a replacement or refund.

d. Return Shipping:

If the fault is confirmed, Paddle UK will cover the return shipping costs. If the item is found to be free of manufacturing faults, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

4. Exceptions:

Paddle UK reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy at its sole discretion. These may apply during special promotions, in cases of long-standing customer relationships, or under other exceptional circumstances.

5. Rights & Responsibilities:

Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon delivery and must notify Paddle UK immediately if they believe an item is faulty.
