All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a refund for the unavailable item using your original payment method.

2. Delivery Locations

Products purchased via Paddle UK are available for delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom and Ireland only. Deliveries outside of these areas may be considered on a case-by-case basis — please contact us directly to enquire.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided once your order is placed. Delivery times start from the date of shipping, not the date the order is placed. These are estimated timeframes only and are subject to order acceptance and stock availability.

Delivery estimates:

  • 14-21 working days1
  • 4-20 working days (subject to stock)
  • 20-25 working days (subject to stock)
  • 5-7 weeks

Courier delivery estimates

  • 1-3 working days
  • 1-2 working days (signature required)

4. Shipping Costs
